Returns & cancellations
Fill in the form below and you will get a return reference and the address to post your parcel to. There is nothing else to do on our side, so please complete every step.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to post it back. You pay return postage, so use a tracked, insured service: the parcel is your risk until it reaches us. Parts must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging, otherwise the refund is reduced to cover the loss in value. We refund the price paid once the parcel arrives.
Faulty or wrong item? Tell us what is wrong on the form. We will replace or refund it and pay the return postage.
Trade and business orders are final.
